When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
CommentsStark. I like it. The house draws the eye, but to me, I love the clouds - it makes the lines less defined and makes me keep looking for something else within the picture - like the town-smudge in the distance, or the patchy tiling on the roof.

As a thumbnail, the house appeared digital in nature, or possibly plastic. As a larger photo, it still has a surreal quality; it's probably the high contrast between the house and its surroundings. Its a lovely picture
-- Don't resist. Click for the most awesome photo ever -> [link] I love the contrast of the house against the monotonous background. The symmetry is great, also it's nice to see that your subject is not the center of the picture so it plays with the dimensions. Keep up the awesome work Sterling.

I was just going to say i LOVE how the White stands out in the entire picture. But, yes! The clouds look beautiful, they do add character to the picture. The house DOES look like a model in the thumbnail! Oh, and the subject's positioning is completely eye-catching! Great work again, Mr. Sterling. I love the stark white of the house. Black and white always has a lonely, quiet feel to me.
